I also featured player piano paper as the sand in Player Piano Beach.  You can see the perforations that tell the piano what notes to play.  And the lyrics to the song run along the side, just like karaoke.  I don’t recognize the tune, it’s just a lachrymose turn-of-the-century love song. 

The blueprints are for a parochial school basement.  The plans aren’t dated, but include a coal room, which dates it from before the 1950s, when gas and oil became more prevalent.
